        I visited the pop-up store in the Livingston Designer outlet this afternoon. Ive purchased several gin sets from Eden Mill before and I have been impressed with the quality of their gin. However, I unfortunately left the store today without purchasing anything at all. The sales associates - two females and one male - were entirely uninterested in helping us (and were focussed on chatting with one another). One female associate approached a couple who arrived 5 minutes after we did to offer help (all the while continuing to ignore us). I wont be back.

        I purchased a gift of a lovely gin glass and a bottle of gin and the guy who served me couldn't have been more helpful. This was about November and going back this week hopefully to purchase another gift . Never had any fault with the staff
