Went into the shop today to look for advice and quotes to fit 2 log burning stoves. One is a new install and the other a replacement. Went in and the girl at the desk never said a word to me while I browsed. A man walked in, walked past and disappeared through the back. I went to look at the rear half of the store and the girl behind the desk stood up came around her desk, looked at me, pushed the chair under the desk (as if to say don't sit here), shuffled some paper and sat back down. I left the store, not a word said. Revisited end of 2022 and it was 2 ladies who despite being extremely busy took time to offer assistance and advice. My revue has changed from 1 star to 5 stars.

We have just had our Chilli Penguin Woody multi-fuel stove fitted. Absolutely fantastic service and workmanship. This was a new build stove and external flue from scratch. Carol and David were spot on with their survey and advice. David and Andrew arrived to do the building and fitting which took 3 days. They were professional, clean, and there was no fuss about the job even though it was blowing a hoolie outside! David explained each part of the process to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. They took care with our furniture and left the place as they found it each day. The end result is exactly what we imagined if not better. Looking forward to a long winter. Would highly recommend.
