Louise is the most enthusiastic support you will ever have when it comes to learning about food, nutrition and weight loss. This is a class where members contribute their knowledge, experiences and food journeys. If you want to learn about the correct foods to eat for good health, if you want to expand your knowledge of food in general, if you want gentle guidance on how to lose weight, this is the group to come to. There is no pressure. Nutriclub goes into a lot more detail about foodstuffs and the affects on the body, which is always fascinating. Louise makes the classes interesting and listens to what we all say and is open to ideas for subject matter to be discussed in a class. She is passionate about what she does and this makes a huge difference to these types of classes. This is my type of class!
