        Absolutely shocking place to shop. Went to buy a 50 Next Gift card with my Nectar points. Took the points but the transaction wouldn't complete and Kirsty couldn't put the points back on my Nectar card so I had to take Argos Gift card. Not exactly the same !!!! . Completely unacceptable and will never be back . Training needs to be given to staff

        Has anyone tried to phone an Argos shop, and got a human? We tried, and the answer service keeps saying our operatives are busy at the moment, please try later, then it hangs up on you. They are a nightmare. If you don't have an email address, it's impossible to order by phone, and pay over the phone. They must be losing millions.

        Located just inside the entrance of Sainsburys, on the right hand side. Moved here, with the larger shop in the retail park opposite closed down. Bright and modern store.
