        I had hurt my eye whilst out shopping and so popped into a main stream high street chain, but was turned away due to it not being considered an emergency, so called in here and they saw me straight away and turned out I had a corneal abrasion! Could not thank all the staff enough for making me feel so looked after, cared for and listened too and would definitely go again! Big thanks to Karen my optometrist for such expert and swift care! Im in safe hands!

        Unhelpful with a wheelchair bound 93 year old and refused to let the carer pick up glasses until paid for. . . despite the old lady having been a client for over 20 years.
