I had booked an appointment to get my nails done, for going on holiday.
When I arrived, there was one technician working & two people sat waiting. As it was five minutes until my appointment, I was a bit worried.
The chap phoned his wife & assured us, she was on her way. Five minutes later, he said she would be in half an hour & there was still another woman in front of me.
My schedule is tight today, thats why I booked for a specific time.
I couldn't wait, so didn't get my holiday nails.
You should know what appointments are booked in & staff accordingly. If you can't accommodate people, don't take bookings
Total waste of my time.
Poor service.
