Good cut, but only when they actually keep the appointment. At least 3 times I can think of where I've had my appointments cancelled on the morning of, or else moved to a later time of the day (again on the morning of). Now I understand things come up at short notice, but this feels too frequent to be coincidental and based on other recent reviews I'm not the only one. While I'm pretty flexible, I do have a job and other commitments which are often hard to shift at an hours notice. It's a shame really as when you get in, they're great, which is why I've kept going back, but I'll find somewhere else. Service: Scissor cut

I booked a cut for the 4th January at 2.30pm, I received email confirmation with the code, and after finding it closed, after 20 minutes of waiting I realized no one was going to show up, really unprofessional, didn't receive not even an e-mail, and there is no way to contact them.

Fed up standing outside the shop on a Saturday morning with no idea if anyone is turning up, happened too many times the past year. Surely easy enough to update Facebook or revise Saturday opening times, its more than a one off. The barbers are nice and you get a good haircut, but leaving customers standing outside lacks professionalism and customer care. Spoken to other customers about this and its far too common, unfortunately another customer lost.
