Fantastic service and great quality products. I've ordered firewood and aggregate from these guys and don't have any complaints. Recently ordered two bulk bags of firewood and the wood was just about spilling out the top of the bags! Very rare to see a company really giving you your monies worth in the current climate. The pictures they have of the bags on their site are accurate. Much more wood is crammed into the bags compared to other providers in the area. I think the amount of 5 star reviews speak for themselves... I noticed a recent negative review and couldn't help but laugh at it, can't please them all I guess! Based on my experience with this company so far, I would have absolutely no hesitation to use them for their other products in future and will recommend them to others.

Decent wood. Terrible customer communication. Dismissive and argumentative over customer requests and concerns. Very vague estimates of delivery times. Website says 10 weeks but they then said March or April as an estimate, which isnt good enough and is potentially longer. Then they cancelled my order when I dared to question their level of customer service. Why they dont halt new orders until they catch up on deliveries I dont know. Id reordered because the wood was really good, but never again. Cant understand why a company would choose to argue the toss with their customers this way. Hopefully others seeing this will choose a more helpful and courteous supplier for their wood fuel.

Every year the big bags arrive full to the brim. The logs are so dry I can light the stove with a firelighter and logs, no kindlng. I do use kindling as it gets going faster. Excellent logs. Excellent service.
