Oakwell Children's Nursery

Our little girl attends Oakwell and has done so for approx a year and a half. The setting of the nursery is perfect with large garden areas for the kids to enjoy. There is a huge focus on allowing the kids to play and learn outside, which further enhances their learning experience in my opinion. There is a large poly tunnel and the children help grow a variety of vegetables in the gardens. The staff are always very supportive, keen to help and friendly. It's clear they all form strong bonds with the children as I frequently don't get a "bye" from my daughter as she is always super keen/excited to go in and start the day. She adapted really well when we first put her in the nursery with no real tears when we first started dropping her off, which was great to see. They use a mobile phone app to keep you up to date with what they eat, how long they sleep etc and frequently post photos via the app for you to see how your child is getting on. They are fed on site every day with a good variety of healthy fresh food on offer. Would highly recommend

Our little boy has attended Oakwell since September now and he absolutely loves his nursery days. Always outdoors It is just the best. Highly recommend Oakwell.
