        Club McKendry is a warm and welcoming place to go. All staff are spinning trained. Classes are for all levels and there is instruction given throughout. Setup and safety for all beginners and at the start of every class. Highly recommend for all levels of fitness and ability. Once you do your first class you'll never want to leave.
