Ian, Stevie and the team at Mower Tec come highly recommended by me. Definitely 5 star service! Their expertise in garden machinery and their advice is second to none. My experience is that they are very friendly and they care about the customer. They also take the time to listen and to respond to me as a customer. I was grateful for their advice on what ride-on lawn tractor to buy; there was no hard sell, just informed advice. Thankfully, I have been extremely pleased with the John Deere tractor which they sold me and grateful that I listened to their advice to get a mulching machine and to buy a diesel tractor, given the size of my garden and challenging terrain. It was really good advice, which other dealers didn't provide. Indeed, my tractor has proven to be a great little lawnmower at a decent price, which has served me well for many years. I could too easily have spent far more elsewhere on a lesser machine, unsuited to my needs. I must also highlight the excellent support they have provided over the years in keeping my garden machinery running at its best. Nothing is too much trouble and I have complete confidence in them and their work. I have particularly welcomed their quick response on occasions when things have gone wrong and I need my JD tractor or other garden equipment repaired. It's reassuring to know that Mower Tec offer a complete backup to the lawnmowers they sell and service. That's especially so, given that I stay some fifty miles south of Edinburgh in the Scottish Borders. Distance is no trouble; when I need them, they come out. They also happily pick up and return my lawnmower for its annual service. I couldn't ask for more. Hence, my unqualified recommendation and vote of thanks to the whole team at Mower Tec.
