As well as being my personal trainer and attending his classes, i always find Andy to be honest, encouraging and very professional, and works round even the slightest injury to keep you going safely. Having had a few personal trainers over the years, i feel most comfortable and at ease with Andy, even though i complain alot of aches and pains he is very patient. Even with lockdown i feel the online classes are equally as brilliant and rewarding. Definately would recommend to anyone looking for classes or 1 to 1 sessions for specific needs.

Great range of classes which Andy will tailor throughout to support all abilities to get the most from their workout. Knowledgeable, approachable and with an enthusiasm to fitness that can't help but motivate you! Andy continually goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a personal trainer!

Ive taken part in Andys Strength & Conditioning classes for over a year and have been very impressed by the structure and format of them .Each bit has a purpose , right from the warm up to the different stretches that are done at the end targeting specific muscles. Andy also produced and delivered a personal plan for me to follow to alleviate back issues I had . Highly recommended.

I've been with OPT since the beginning of the year when I signed up for RSC to help motivate me back into running. RSC is a fantastic session for runners and after the first block I really saw improvement in my running. I then jumped in on some circuits sessions, it's a really fun class, suitable for all levels of fitness and the team are super welcoming and helpful. I'm now training one on one with Andy, he's put together a comprehensive plan that includes running and strength training. It's been incredibly helpful having everything written out for me, just check the app each day and get on with the workout. The check in sessions are brilliant, Andy really listens to how I'm feeling with each workout and even changes things up a bit so that each workout is as enjoyable as possible. He's also really great with nutrition advice and is very sensitive with my own personal struggles with disordered eating. I genuinely can't recommend OPT enough, it's changed how I train and has helped with my confidence in myself and what I'm capable of.

I've been going to Odyssey Personal Training's runners strength and conditioning class for a number of months now. My balance, strength and coordination has greatly improved as Andy has always been great on focusing on getting the form right rather than just the time or reps. In the last few weeks I signed Andy up as my personal trainer and so far progress has been nothing short of amazing. Since signing up about 6 weeks ago I've * Done my first ever pull-up * Lost on average a kg a week ( and it's visible, clothes are baggy ) * Knocked a 1 min 18 seconds off my PB * Drastically improved my form and number of reps for push ups, planks and other exercises His personal training is really helpful as he is continually adjusting the plan based on how I'm performing so making adjustments if I'm struggling or no longer being challenged by certain elements of the plan. This means I can have a nice structured plan which fits around my weekly schedule, rather than picking a training plan online which may not match my ability or availability. The other benefit of having a tailor made plan is that Andy helps by giving relevant advice and pointers that I can action, rather than having to digest the overwhelming amount of training and diet advice online. Definitely recommended for all abilities
