        Really helpful and fast turn around on prescriptions compared to the other branch in Methil. Dealt with medication stock enquiry very well over the phone with hard to source prescriptions.

        Retail assistant in boots needs to look into what other ways a particular medicine works. Went into buy a medication that I have been buying for over 5 years and was told that she can't sell it to me. My own gp told me that this helps with inner ear problems and was going to prescribe it but I work as a staff nurse and know it is cheaper to buy over the counter. Many of my patients are on it for inner ear problems. Got It at another pharmacy after explaining what i use it for.
