        Been using PLM a long time, their service is 1st class, you might get glasses online cheaper but you won't get this wonderful customer focused service. Won't go anywhere else, 10/10

        Customer service is extremely poor and unsatisfactory. Disgusted with the way I was spoken to over the phone just because I asked for a copy of my prescription and said I was changing optometrists. Totally unsatisfied but the ignorant woman on the phone. Will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone ever!!
