Have bought many pieces of Michael from wheelchairs scooters and even a stairlift...the whole staff are so lovely and helpful and will go above and beyond to help make being disabled or elder just that bit easier at a very reasonable price

My grandfather was informed that this company buys back scooters. My grandfather knew he was dying and bought his scooter with this in mind. He died 4 months after buying the scooter, it was barely used. The "buy back" price we were offered was insulting. It was less than a quarter of the original price. I think this company is unethical. The insurance company that was offered with the scooter were very helpful though and reimbursed the insurance after he died.

Terrible company , would not service my wifes mobility scooter, as the only service there own, yet this was done by them previously, so what are local disabled people ment to do with theres if the break down, this is horrendous
