The car came back with minor damage and paint from another vehicle in two places, a small scratch and a pen mark on the headlining. I contacted them but this was regarded as 'fair wear and tear'. As they took plenty of pictures when they picked up the car I asked for these to be emailed to verify whether it was there before. From the 20 mega pixel pictures taken, 0.3 mega pixel pictures were sent. I requested the full sized pictures and have been ignored. Not great service, they don't look after your car and don't care if they damage it. The repair was okay but the plastic undertray was left so sharp I sliced my finger the first time I washed it. Sorry, but this is not a way to treat customers and their vehicles. Service: Body & Trim
