Fife Properties - Estate & Letting Agents

Every month I have to chase this agency to find out what has been done to manage non payment at one of my properties . Every month they make promises about being on top of things and every month I'm let down by inaction and poor communication.. An example... this smooth I asked 3 simple questions regarding the management of a specific property in an email and got the answer to 1 of my questions. Avoid this company at all costs. They seem to be too busy bragging about how good they are to actually provide a quality service. I'd rate them 0 stars if google would let me..
