        I lost my cards and keys and they came out, replaced my lock and gave me time to pay. Excellent service, second to none!! Why the 1 star? The lock was making rattling noises and then the front plate of the handle fell off. I woke up on Saturday morning and couldn't open my front door because the panel fell off, on the outside of the door, and the handle mechanism fell out with it. When i turned the handle nothing happened. I rang several times to explain I couldn't get out of my home, it is now tuesday and I still haven't heard from them. Had there been a fire I would not be here.

        Would not recommend him phone several times he said he would come never turn up phoned left messages never got back to me I got a reliable company who made a great job won't use again answer to the reply l only give a bad review if deserved
