        Disappointed. Haven't been since it changed hands but heard good things. I went in to query cut n colour. Felt like I was being a nuisance by asking a question. Was told they wouldn't know how colour would turn out until they were doing it. But this is only hairdresser I've been to that didn't offer a test strand. I'd have to pay for full head and just chance the results. I'd have happily paid for the test strand to be done but I'm not risking my full head of hair.
