        Starting Odin with the 8 week ladies program, was a great decision. Having a few years away from proper exercise and a good diet things needed to change. Joining the group gave me the boost I needed to get back into my fitness routine. With help and support from Corrie and Christie, nutrition advice and teaching me how to push myself - smashing goals. Highly recommended. I enjoyed it so much that I have continued with the next program.

        Can't recommend ODIN highly enough. As an older person with significant health issues I didn't think that strength training would be for me - then I bit the bullet and joined ODIN. Best decision I've made in a long time! It offers ndividually tailored and expert barbell training (no machines) delivered by the brilliant Lee Jensen. It really is suitable for everyone. If you're older and struggling with your health, join and get strong!

        5* rating and for good reason. Lee and the team are welcoming and knowledgeable, and I love the way they have their membership set up so that you guaranteed a rack. Lots of support. motivation and advice and they keep you right on technique to keep you safe and make sure you get the most out of the session. Would definitely recommend - and sad I didn't find out about this place sooner!
