Consistently doesn't answer their phones and on numerous occasions I've had them answer the phone and immediately hang up on me. Staff even SOUND like they don't care. Nurse also suggested I, an asthmatic, take Ibuprofen. Asthmatics can't take ibuprofen!

As everyone knows the health service is under a huge amount of strain these days. Despite this when I recently had an injury I was able to speak to a doctor the same day and attended an appointment soon after. The doctor (can't remember his name) was super friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. EDIT Changing my review slightly. I can now see what folk are complaining about. I've tried to call five times to cancel an appointment and just can't get through. I waited 10 mins in the queue at one point before being told it was too busy and to call back later. It is very frustrating.

Impossible to get through to. Not a very good gp practice if you can never manage to speak to a doctor. Before the merge you actually managed to get through to someone over the phone.
