        Absolutely shocking customer service. The staff refused to either exchange or offer a refund for my daughters faulty air pods . When we pointed out that they should we where asked to leave the store .

        Unfriendly staff, and nothing is in stock or have to order online then pick it up there ! Why not just give me what I'm after if they have it anyway. And there's no pen and paper anymore to write anything down and staff aren't helpful
