Jim visited us regarding upgrading our boiler, he provided excellent advice and we decided to look at a Worcester Bosch boiler. The quotation was well presented with a number of options which he provided expert advice on. Benchmarking the costs Jim was about 5-10% more expensive than the cheapest quote, however price is not value for money when your dealing with gas and electricity. We felt looked after, confident that he would do a good job all bolstered by the professional approach and the fact that most if not all of our questions were answered in the fee proposal. Installation was a breeze - hottest day of the year. 2 lads Iain and Andy spent the day installing. The previous boiler had a snakes nest of wiring and control units, the new boiler is extremely well installed, tidy copper work, tidy wiring. Very tidy job indeed. In total we had 4 heating engineers and an electrical engineer at various times of the day, all were polite, professional and relaxed. All worked hard on a challenging installation that had to be completed in one day. After the installation Jim visited to check our understanding of the controllers, Iain dropped in a week after to check the pipe work. Summary - a quality company, excellent pre sales, better in delivery and installation that any I have previously used. Excellent post sales support Excellent Value For Money. Highly recommended. Absolute Pleasure to Deal with !! Most Plumbers & Engineers would have just turned around and told me my 13 year old Oil Boiler was knackered, but Jim, Paul & Iain managed to save me thousands of pounds by persevering with the Old Boiler, and let me tell you, it is running as good as new !! I have more work to do at my house and I would have no hesitation in asking this company to do it ! Keep up the good work ! Thanks from the 2 Daniels in Crawford :)
