If you need a plasterer stop looking and call Nick. Can I give 6 stars? I'm not sure even that would cover it. Nick is currently doing a third job for me. The first was to fix two window recesses which he did fantastically. Once the job started it was clear that we had an opportunity to add some insulation. After discussing our options Nick completed the work to a very high standard. Next, Nick overboarded and plastered a ceiling for us. Again, all work completed to a brilliant standard. We're now on to our "big job" of covering artexed ceilings and walls in our hall stairs and landing. The work is great and Nick is a pleasure to have in the house. I work from home full time it's absolutely no bother having the work done. Nick is calm and tidy (although he'll disagree and say it's a mess! See picture of mid job organisation, where's the mess Nick ;-) ). For such an intrusive renovation task I wouldn't use anyone else. We're already set to have Nick back when we get round to the next stage of renovations. Just brilliant.

Nick and Lynne responded to my request for work very quickly. Very accommodating regarding the date that I wanted them to start the work. They turned up at the expected time and the work was thorough and professional. The price for this job was very reasonable too. Extremely pleasant people and always ready to answer any questions I asked. They even cleaned up after the work was done and you would not have known there were trades people there. I would recommend Nick and Lynne of Slaters Plasterers to anyone. Thank you both.

Gold stars all round. It was a pleasure to have Nick work on our home. He is professional on every level. He always responded quickly to any contact. He turned up when he said he would. He did the job in the timescale he quoted. His rates for the job were very reasonable. His workmanship is excellent and he was able to give very good advice when asked. And he is a lovely man!. Thanks so much. We will certainly be using him again for some future works we have planned.

I couldn't recommend Nick highly enough. From start to finish communication was excellent and professional. Nick re-skimmed the walls and ceiling in my kitchen and the work was carried out to the highest standard. He went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. Furthermore the work area was kept clean and tidy and no mess was left behind. Would definitely use again!
