        I had a brilliant experience at Mackies to update my prescription and get new frames. Scott was very professional and Pamela, Sheona and Addrianne were so lovely and very attentive in helping me choose a new frame which I love!

        One of my eyes decided to swell up and within 1/2 hour of calling Mackie's hour I was sitting in the Optician's chair. Can't thank you enough for a superb service.

        Lovely helpful staff, Lesmahagow branch, couldn't do enough for us on each of the visits we had to make, Mum 91 & won't go anywhere else! Son 17 & he trusts the staff guidance on products. Appts only due to covid-19, all measures in place making you feel safe & secure .. thank you! Stay safe
