I paid 710.00 to Freddie on 4 August for 3 interior doors, I was advised they'd be fitted in a couple of weeks. It's now 23 October and I'm still waiting. He's said he'll come see me several times but hasn't so I saw him on the street a couple of weeks ago and he said he'd come last Saturday. Surprise surprise he didn't show and didn't reply to my text asking when he was coming until Saturday afternoon only to tell me that he'd told me he was coming to teach me a lesson as he hadn't liked the way I spoke to him .. I have the text to prove this. I think anybody in my position would be frustrated having waited 2 months with no word as to what was happening .. infact I think I've been more than patient. I haven't heard from Freddie since last Saturday .. I've told him I want a refund and he's trying to take 20% from what I paid him. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
