        We took the Puffins & Ponies tour from the cruise terminal and I could not have been happier with the trip we took with Hazel. This is an excellent tour to take if you want to see both the Atlantic puffins and Shetland ponies and is a must for any nature lover. The scenario is amazing, there is good coverage of the island with accompanying narration from the tour guide. It also included lunch at the Sumburgh hotel which features in the Shetland tv series and there are other references to the series throughout the day. This was a very enjoyable trip and I would highly recommend.

        Our cruise was cancelled along with the rest of our 3 week trip across the Atlantic. Out of many fees/deposits I paid to hotels, airlines, trains, museums and shore excursions....the ONLY company that did not refund my deposit/tour cost was Shetland Explorer Tours. Not a lot of money but it's the principle of it, don't post your 100% refund policy (in case ship doesn't arrive) on your website if you don't honour it.

        Wonderful tour! Was only on Shetland for the day so wanted to see as much as possible. Did the puffins and ponies tour with lunch. Was not disappointed, saw both mentioned animals plus seals and many beautiful locations. Was a simple lunch but filling and tasty. If I am ever lucky enough to return would definetly do another tour with this group!
