        Incredibly poor customer service - taking several weeks to respond to booking enquiry e-mails and then not responding to further queries at all. No one answers the phone over numerous attempts. A friend on a separate booking staying in accommodation organised by Arthur and Simpson had to chase them for check-in details the day before check-in.
