        Shetland is lucky to have both Island and Blydoit fish, both well managed, friendly stores with fresh and frozen seafood offerings. Island is smaller but sources things that you'll not find in Blydoit, and visa versa. Huge plus is Island imports samfire, a great ingredient for seafood dishes, and will get you a box to freeze if you ask ahead.
