Jim's Garage Ford Rental

Quite a bit of paperwork in the run-up to our rental, but it was worth it when we picked up our car with a nice welcome (from Emma) and a quick and straightforward handover. The Ecosport was perfect for the Shetland terrain and we were very happy with our booking. The weather helped too! Would totally recommend Jim's if you are heading to Shetland.

Thoroughly recommend Jim's garage for car hire in Shetland. Staff were very helpful, friendly and the whole process was quick and easy. An added bonus was a small gift bag of local treats! Loved the Puffin Poo One useful addition could be a road map for first time visitors but these are available at Tourist information. Thanks again to Jim's staff. Will definitely use you again.

Very happy with pick up (our plane was late due to fog, but they waited patiently) and drop off. All very easy. Would definitely use again.

Jim's was absolutely first class and I can't thank them enough for making the whole experience painless. Crucially, they were also both helpful, and kind. Right from the outset, they were straightforward - with the paperwork, collection, payment and return - everything. The car was spotless. They did everything they said they would, even when our arrival was delayed by a couple of hours because of flight issues. We only had a few days, but we will be back and we will certainly rent again from you again. Thank you
