        Walkability: Definitely central and if your getting the bus from sumburgh its only five minutes to the bus stop . Dont get a cab its cheaper on bus and great views on the way x Food & drinks: Breakfast only but bar for drinks

        I love this hotel. There is so much character here. Theres obviously work being done on it and good on the owner. The areas that have been done look incredible. The breakfast area, for one, is magnificent. The service is amazing, the breakfast is very tasty and freshly cooked to order and the beds are comfortable. This hotel is a beautiful older lady waiting to get her hall gown back on and I think this new owner is doing just that. Will definitely stay here again.

        EXCELLENT SERVICE, I STAYED AT THE GRAND FOR OVER ONE WEEK AND FOUND IT TO BE ONE OF MY BEST TIMES AWAY, TO WAKE KNOWING THAT THE BEST BREAKFAST WOULD BE FRESHLY PREPARED EACH DAY BY MICKEY 'WONDERFUL MAN INDEED' WITH EVERY TYPE OF BREAKFAST CEREAL YOU COULD THINK OF OR THE MOST AMAZING COOKED FULL BREAKFAST' WILL SET YOU UP FOR THE REST OF THE DAY 'KIND OF ONE'. HOTEL AND ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND I FOUND MORE THAN SUITABLE FOR MY WHOLE WEEKS STAY. THERE IS A GREAT BAR, ALL OF THE STAFF HERE, SUZIE, SKYLAR, HOLLY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE IF ANYTHING REQUESTED, A WEALTH OF LOCAL KNOWLEDGE ON LOCAL PLACES TO EAT ETC. THEY DID REALLY SEEM TO ENJOY WHAT THEY DID, SO I HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING THE HOTEL AND ALL ITS STAFF THE FULL FIVE STARS... THANK YOU... JON
