Great B+B. Red room was huge and beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was consistently good every day. Hosts strike perfect balance of being attentive but allowing complete freedom to get on with what you are doing. Walkability: Well located, easy walking distance of anything you would need in Lerwick

Accommodation, location, food were all simply 5 star rated. Anona and Jeff wonderful and knowledgeable hosts, as well as generous with their time and assistance. If you holiday in Shetland and stay in Lerwick Rockvilla is a must. Simply the best guest house we have stayed in for many a year. Lovely and memorable stay thanks to Anona and Jeff. Would recommend without hesitation.

Two years ago we stayed with Anona and Jeff. We had such a great stay with them that when we decided to revisit Shetland, we booked again. All the rooms (we have stayed in each one now) are very comfortable. All are well equipped and had everything we needed. Breakfasts are wonderful too. Great to have fresh fruit every morning. The B&B is well situated too for exploring the town and eating out in the evenings. They are a lovely couple and we can thoroughly recommend Rockvilla.
