We had an excellent bus ride, which turned into an in depth tour of Scalloway and Burra. Our kind and friendly driver, Peter Neil, gave us much excellent information, both practical and historical about the communities we drove through as well as the lovely town of Scalloway. Thanks sooo much for helping us make the best of an otherwise bleak and rainy morning.

We went on a tour from the CMV cruise ship Marco Polo at the end of April. Our guide (same surname as the company) was so bad he ruined our tour. The guide was unprepared and kept saying I should check the facts about this before my next tour. He spent more time talking about his daughter winning a fiddle contest than he did telling us relevant information About Shetland. When we arrived at Eshaness both the guide and the coach driver placed passengers at risk. The guide let us off the bus with no instructions about how long the stop would take, when to return to the bus or that the bus might change location. After 20 minutes the bus driver started the engine and drove away from the car park without any warning. One elderly passenger with mobility issues who was sitting on a seat a few metres from the car park was forced to walk a long way to reach the bus when it finally stopped at the bottom of the hill. Passengers who had stayed on the bus tried to tell the driver to stop to let the lady catch up but he didnt care. I could not in good conscience recommend this company
