        Stayed here as part of a work trip. Diane and Allan have recently took over the lodge and couldn't have been more accomodating to the group. Hearty home cooked meals, good choice of breakfast, clean rooms with comfortable beds, tea and coffee, mini fridge and powerful hot shower. Access to evening lounge with free wi-fi. Parking outside and on nearby streets. Would highly recommend. Covid safe venue.

        Lovely hotel to stay at, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Alder Lodge is on top of a small hill within walking distance to all shops and facilities in Lerwick and to the sea front, breakfast and food lovely, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, shower and toilet, everything was sparkling clean and the rooms were fresh, tv and everything you need, owners were fabulous, friendly and very helpful and informative.. definitely would stay here again..
