It is a bank... what else should I say or add?

As a courtesy I tried to phone my BoS branch to tell them I was travelling abroad and would be using my debit card to make purchases in Euros. It proved impossible to reach a member of staff at my branch. The bank appears to think it is so important that it does not have to employ staff to answer the telephone. This is a very bad way to run a business as it demonstrates contempt for the customers. 1/10.

Great branch were nothing is to much trouble even in this climate of covid 19 and all the restrictions ,they go out Thier way to help in any way they can, in accordance with social distancing and putting in place screens , hand sanitizer , wipes & masks . Good managerment team who are involved in all aspects making it a pleasant visit and staff all work hard with one goal to serve use best they can on a daily basis .
