Christine is an experienced, hardworking estate agent and we felt that we were in very safe hands when we were selling my late parents flat. Selling a property can be a stressful at the best of times, but Christine went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. She visited the flat before we marketed it and made some very useful suggestions about the layout of furniture and colour themes for soft furnishings that would compliment the decor. We really wanted someone to be as happy in this home as our parents had been and the very first viewer could see herself enjoying various rooms around the flat. Her solicitor promptly made a very attractive offer that we have just accepted. Looking at the marketing of the property, the appointments for the home report/ energy performance certificate and photos/ video were arranged for the same morning around our availability. Christine has excellent relationships with these partners and I got the distinct feeling that she is well respected in her field. The photos and video look very professional and give people a really good feel for the flat. One of our biggest concerns was that a retirement property in the same development had been on sale for several months and had recently been reduced way below the home report value. It is a lovely area with great amenities and the flat is relatively similar. Christine assured us not to be anxious and that the presentation of our flat would attract healthy interest. We also knew from previous experience that her service level is outstanding and that potential buyers would be swiftly attended to. This really matters. The online listing looked great and the sales boards looked very smart in the windows. Because this is not a large agency, and her own business, we felt that Christine got to know the property very well, as she was not juggling a portfolio of several dozen properties. We were aware that Christines husband is a property solicitor, so we asked if he could handle the legal aspects. The transfer was seamless. Thank you, Christine, for taking care of our family so well. You kept us informed at every stage.
