        This the second time we have used this builder. This time they renewed the roof slates on our side extension from old slate to new modern concrete tiles. The water leaks were all found in the end. All was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Now no leaks with the new tiles. A bit messy and lots of dust! Then all was cleared up and left as tidily as possible.

        Do not touch with the proverbial barge pole. Initially great but three quarters through you will be abandoned to whatever his next job is. Finishes are dire. He is a despicable lying wee man. Lies roll off his tongue. You will be left with numerous outstandings and snagging. No pride in his work.
