Fresh Window Blinds

Got my Blinds done today and I am not disappointed by the blinds or the service itself. With even the dust from the drilling Alan hoovered up right after him. Very friendly and efficient and I 100% recommend Fresh Blinds.

Very strange experience. Alan seemed a very pleasant and friendly man when I got him to quote me for a job. Communication was fine and we agreed a price and he kept me up to date on the progress of the order. He didn't receive all the blinds till just before Christmas minus the ones in the kitchen which he said would be installed once he receives the material after the new year which was fine. Pleased with the blinds and thought I would hear from him soon after. Forward couple of months later and countless messages which he has not replied to, I still have not got the kitchen blind installed. Absolutely no word from him at all. I know from his Facebook post he did not feel well during Christmas but I must have sent over and phoned him over 10 times and no reply at all. If you are reading this Alan please get in touch. I will also send another message and hopefully you can come and finish the job. David

Fantastic, friendly and professional service. We're completely delighted with our made to measure roller blinds, which fit perfectly and match existing blinds exactly. Huge thanks!
