Whitefield Lodge Care Home

DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Seen worker taking out elderly lady in rain in the freezing cold and had stopped to talk on the phone rather than take them back inside, contacted the manager who said it may have been the care home calling them but they were speaking in a foreign language. Horrible how they treat old people. Has been raining for the past hour and a half who knows how long they have been out. I respect people that properly do the job. But they have a duty of care and shouldn't be stopping in the rain with a resident that is wheelchair bound to have a phone call. Complaint will be made to the social care ombudsman.

Going to be starting work here soon, found the whole process so friendly and accommodating and met the manager Tracey who was so friendly and welcoming I'm really looking forward to working here.
