        For the second time I drove some considerable distance to visit. Yet again the sign outside said it was closed today. This is despite Google saying it should be open today Clearly they want the money from minions like me but only when they can be bothered

        Beautiful place, a great tour with absolutely wonderful staff, saw a number of rooms and no red tape which was lovely. The cafe was only serving crisps and drinks since covid but still a lovely courtyard for a coffee. The little thatched cottage was so sweet, amazing lake and walks, definitely going back here soon!
