+Quiet place, nice and clean room - I booked and payed my room via booking but once I cecked in, the lady on reception, asked me to pay again "because the payment was declined". It takes me minutes to show her my payment confirmation on email, the tranzaction on bank app, my booking app, but she insist I need to pay because she can't see my payment into the sistem. Ended up paying again and next morning, when I checked out, the manager spotted the mistake refund me and apologies for the inconvenient. Days later, same lady give me the key of the room. Minutes later, she knocked on my door asking me to come at reception and pay my room because "booking declined my payment and the room hasn't been payed". In this point, it was obviously that lady hasn't received a proper training, she has no idea what is she doing and witouth even trying to explain, i payed again and i'm expecting to be refunded again tomorrow morning because both; booking and my bank app confirm the tranzaction. I wonder how they can let someone to play with people's cards in such a horible maneer. It can be bad intention or just a enormous lack of training & knowladge. Definetly won't stay here again.

Rooms need updating urgently everything very worn. Lady on reception needs to learn some manners, I complained about noisy guests and she just laughed at me . There was a coach of 52 guests in hotel and dining room couldn't cope. After 25 minutes of sitting there I had to go and ask if I could order food. meal was nice however Desert I had was apple pie but come with lumpy custard looked more like scrambled egg. Not the best place to stay at many places would be better.

With an organised tour, hotel looks Grand, nice grounds but our room was more than basic. Bathroom needs attention and maintenance, carpet leaves a lot to be desired re cleanliness. Staff friendly, food, small portions and prepared too early, breakfast basic, hot food on cold plates. The inside of premises in need of a good clean, updating and referb. Appreciate we were a large group and located to lower grade rooms but poor bathrooms no excuse.
