        We loved our stay at Hillhouse Farm Escapes thanks to the lovely property, the fantastic location and the communication with Jo as a host. The cottage is decorated very well and feels very homely. We were able to enjoy that as well as the walks around the property, which often ended with a trip to the hotel nearby for food and drink. Would visit again, and would heartily recommend.

        We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful cottage - just as pictured and very comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. It was such a pleasure to walk straight from the door into the Lammermuirs. The dog loved it too. The walk back from the pub was v dark, but easy enough and well worth it - food was delicious. Well definitely be back.
