Anytime i need carpets cleaned D & M Carpet & Upholstery are who i call. They always do such a great job and are very accommodating with appointment date and time. Thanks guys.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company cleaned my carpets yesterday with a stand in machine due to their "usual big machine being broken". This was voiced to me by the owner's son on arrival. On completion of each carpet I noticed the water in the buckets was not dirty and the son even commented this saying my carpets must not be that dirty..So here we are a day later and I received my new Hoover I had been waiting on, and hoovered each room and the dust unit was quarter full of dirt. I have messaged their business only to be told its normal to get some "dust" on hoovering from floorboards? He also denied there was anything wrong with the machine his son used on my carpets, and that the broken machine was much the same size and they both had the same vacuum power, the only difference with one he used on mine was it had a smaller water tank and output.. I have underlay and carpets down so highly doubt id be pulling dust up through from floorboards, and from the results I got I doubt the vacuum power on his usual machine is the same. Was offered a 2nd attempt, being told he would bring 2 similar looking machines and let me try spot the difference in the machines and pick one to be used on my carpets..He then after more arguing regarding this ridiculous comment he said his usual big machine had been repaired and he would bring that. I was very angry by this point and told him not to play games with me I just wanted a machine that did the job, and definitely not the same machine! And that i didn't need to lie in order to get my money back! (He previously implied I could have planted the dust in my new hoover to try fool him) He then said he wasn't listening to my attitude anymore and blocked me from his page! So no refund and carpets just as dirty as they were yesterday before any work was done! He may have all 5 star reviews but when he has a problem all the niceties and professionalism go out the window! I have been treated appalingly by this man! Any good company would be apologetic and offer solutions. Not assume from the get go that the customer is making stories up to get a refund, or come up with excuses as to why the carpets remain so dirty after a "professional deep clean" that I paid for out my hard earned cash! Update: Had my carpets redone by another company and wow! My carpets are like new again! Confirms my initial review of this company. The water they drew from the carpets was filthy. They also gave me a discounted price for the trouble I had with this company which was so thoughtful of them. :)
