Please, please don't use this company. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand Is doing. All I am saying is failed promises from Sales, lie after lie, from others. I have had a huge extra cost putting my house back in order. Some people were nice others not so. They made me feel like a fool. Quite possibly the most incompetent company i've had the misfortune to deal with. On 16/9/21 I received a quote from them to carry out a replacement Porch installation. An installation date was agreed for 18/10/21. A week prior to this I had a call from them to advise due to a shortage of materials work would be put back 1 week. On 25/10/21 when work was due to commence no one had appeared by 10am. I phoned CSJ to be told reason for this was a delay in a piece of glass arriving but they would come tomorrow. The following morning a I received a call from CSJ to say glass had arrived but was wrong size and would need to be re-ordered. After a complaint and assurance I would be compensated for the 2 days holiday I had just wasted we agreed to re-schedule for 09/12/21. The crew arrived at 8:30am only to say they were sorry and embarrassed to tell me they have been given the wrong sized windows to be able to do the job. They came in and advised that all the measurements the surveyor had recorded were incorrect. How can a company possibly employ are surveyor who is incapable of working a measuring tape? After a week of complaints and having spoken to the original salesman who was more concerned about blaming other departments than taking any responsibility for the incompetence of CSJ I have cancelled my order. I would urge anyone else not to get involved with this company who are wholly untrustworthy and incompetent to the core.
