Elaine is a lovely woman and very professional. She makes you at ease, explains theory and what will happen in as much detail as you need. She provides a recording for you to get familiar with and use as you go. Sessions are booked as you go, meaning that you are always in charge. I have really enjoyed my experience over the last while and it has been immensely helpful for my wellbeing.

Worked with Elaine for 6 months and it was a fantastic experience. She was helpful, understanding and extremely supportive during an exciting but hectic time. Spent the first 3-4 months listening to her audio script every night and then gradually transitioned to no longer requiring it to manage with stress and anxiety, which was my initial purpose in starting Hypnotherapy. Would highly recommend to those who have never done hypnotherapy before and are open minded enough to try it

I had 4 sessions with Elaine to try and cure my phobia of bridges. Elaine was so easy to talk to and talked me through what would be happening over the 4 sessions and what the end goal would be. I can say that i feel so positive, stress free and 99% confident that i can drive over a high bridge. First time in my life after 3 sessions i actually walked over the forth road bridge! Thank you Elaine!

my experience at Happy Hypnotherapy was amazing, it totally changed my way of thinking and reacting to situations, I can not thank Elaine enough for the advice and help i received, my confidence levels are sky high now and it has totally changed my life. i could not have done it without the help from Elaine at happy hypnotherapy, thank you for all the help.
