Always fresh and made to order, staff always friendly. My gripe is that I feel the chips are always under done. Last few times I've been in I've had to bin most of them as the are too hard to eat, and not cooked through. Recently gone veggie, so the chips are all I eat. Hate leaving a negative review but keep going back thinking its one off and it's just not. Also the brown sauce is always too watered down
