What a fantastic cottage! We stayed for the week over Christmas and had a wonderful time . The cottage is beautiful the attention to detail with both the build quality and finishing touches were second to none . Cedar cottage is far more than just another holiday let , it's a home from home !!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cedar Holiday Cottage. The cottage itself is superb, a real high quality home from home. We loved it. Exactly what we needed after a week of travelling and hotel rooms. The hosts, Alison and Neil were brilliant, we received a very warm welcome on arrival, including a hand written welcome card and a nice selection basket of teas, biscuits, cakes and hot chocolates. They were only too happy to pop round for a helpful chat, making sure everything in the cottage was to our liking and explained the keys, heating, facilities etc. They were also very helpful and available for enquiries about what to see and do in the local area, with some great ideas and recommendations for day trips and various places to visit. The cottage itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean, very spacious and tastefully decorated with all mod cons, the bed was also exceptionally comfortable. It is situated on a very quiet residential street in Laurencekirk, which makes it a really peaceful place if you just want to sit back and relax of an evening. All in all, we don't have a single complaint about our stay. We can thoroughly recommend Cedar Cottage and will definitely be booking to return here again.
