Exclusively Yours

A good friend invited me to meet her at Brookfield for Afternoon Tea. I didn't know I was to so much enjoy the afternoon. What a gorgeous time I had! Lovely, caring, attentive hostess in a beautiful house. The food was absolutely delicious, very nicely presented, excellent quality, superb flavours and plenty, plenty! Then a visit to the Studio with a vast array of beautiful items superbly made by my hostess. This lady has so many "Crafty" talents if you would like her to make you something special. Amazing how she finds the time. Lastly a visit to the shop to find exactly what I had been looking for for ages. It would be easy for me to go on with superlatives here! I had the most wonderful afternoon at Brookfield.

After spending hours & a small fortune selecting my wedding favours, we were left profoundly disappointed in the swizzle sticks we purchased, which were so fragile that they were virtually untouchable & unfit for purpose. Although Exclusively Yours did not manufacture the products, they were extremely rude & unhelpful in helping to redirect our complaint and help us seek a refund on the items. The swizzle sticks were handled with care and placed on every guests napkin, however as soon as they were handled snapped. The majority of guests left without a gift as they had broken. The level of customer service aftercare is ridiculous after spending close to 1000 on wedding favours & them being a complete disaster. I would not recommend Lorna & her team to anyone.
