I was lucky but....Neil rang me straight back (not knowing the issue) - happened to be coming by my village to his next job. Found my heater fault in seconds. Replaced the faulty part there and then on my old nightstore heater - gave it a bit of tlc to loosen some parts - and was gone. He knows what he's doing and very helpful.

Neil recently carried out an electrical safety test in our flat. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He carried out the test quickly and efficiently allowing me to get back to work with little distruption. He also repaired several small issues around the flat as he had the time and equipment. This guy installed non compliant wireless smoke detectors at one of our properties and then gave stupid reasonings for doing so, such as who is going to check, he did that to avoid derecoration costs and he only installs wireless detectors because the property value goes down and so on. He is extremely slow with paperwork and rude when it comes to correcting his work. I would not hire him again, actually I didn't hire him the first time, our letting agent did. Avoid him like plague.
