im not from this area. i ordered a taxi to the local shop which apparently arrived without arriving. no beep no communication to say it arrived no nothing. called back to ask if everything is okay to be met by snarkyness from the lady on the phone, i said ive been waiting here and was basically told no i havent been well hes been was her answer. no offer to rebook a taxi or help in any way. now missed my train and transport. super unhelpful and unpleasant experience. it doesn't kill to be nice.
